What you will do
Acquire new business
Reach out to local businesses, understand their growth needs, and position Grow360 in a clear, confident way.
Onboard customers
Help clients get set up on the platform, align branding basics, and move from interest to active usage smoothly.
Manage relationships
Stay close to clients, answer questions, and make sure the experience feels reliable after onboarding too.
Grow account value
Spot opportunities to recommend the right service upgrades, from social management to websites, SEO, or design support.
Candidate Fit
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking to business owners and understanding business needs
- Able to manage follow-up, momentum, and relationship-building without heavy supervision
- Basic smartphone and web-app comfort for demos, onboarding, and updates
- Motivated by targets and confident in a performance-driven role

Commission Upside
15%
Revenue above target earns commission, so stronger months have a visible upside.
Commission applies to the revenue above ₹1.5L in total monthly sales, including subscription revenue and service upsells.
