  • For Agency Administrators: You have access to information about Agents and Clients within your agency for management and support purposes

5.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services that process data on our behalf:

  • Firebase (Google Cloud Platform): For authentication, database storage, file storage, and push notifications
  • AI Service Providers: OpenAI and Stability AI for content generation (quotes and images)
  • Analytics Providers: For understanding app usage and improving our Service

All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and use your information only for the purposes we specify.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Non-library canvas data is automatically deleted after 15 days. Library canvases and master templates are retained permanently. User accounts are retained until deletion is requested or the account is archived.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
