Role Scope
What you will do
Design campaign creatives
Create clean, high-quality visuals for social media, ads, promos, presentations, and business growth campaigns.
Support brand consistency
Translate brand direction into usable templates, identity applications, and polished day-to-day marketing assets.
Prepare production-ready files
Make sure final outputs are well structured, well exported, and practical for real business use across digital and print contexts.
Collaborate on motion content
Work with the team on reels, short video assets, and visual storytelling where needed. Knowing video editing is a major plus.
Candidate Fit
What we are looking for
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on graphic design experience
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
- Good visual sense for layout, typography, color, and composition
- Comfortable designing for fast-moving digital campaigns without losing quality
- Able to understand briefs clearly and translate them into polished outputs
Added Advantage
Big plus if you also have
- Video editing capability for short-form content or promotional assets
- Experience designing for social media, performance marketing, or business-growth campaigns
- Basic understanding of brand systems and how to maintain consistency across multiple formats
